The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently close to a metro station and within a 15-minute walk to a major rail station. This made it easy for us to get around and see all the sights. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. It made us feel welcome and taken care of.

There were a few negatives. The room we booked was supposed to have a city view, but unfortunately, we didn't get that.

the staff exceeded my expectations by fulfilling all of my exclusive amenities needs. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional, and the continental breakfast was delicious.

After switching off all of the lights, they began to turn on randomly, making it difficult to sleep.

We loved the location - walking distance to Duomo and the vibrant Navigli neighborhood. Rooms were comfortable, updated, and had remote control for lights and do not disturb signs. The breakfast was delicious, with a kind and friendly staff. Hand sanitizers were available at the entrance and breakfast area. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated having vegetarian options at breakfast.

Felt like VIPs, no reason to complain.

The location was fantastic, as it was close to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. We could easily walk to the train station and metro station in under 15 minutes. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were really nice too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
